MY STORY

In 2006, I was desperate for interviews after completing my MBA.

In just 3 months, I went from begging for opportunities to having jobs created for me—even with ZERO relevant experience.

Since then, I've had multiple roles created for me, even during the 2008 economic crash. I quadrupled my earning power in 7 years.

But here's what matters: It wasn't luck. It wasn't connections. It was a fundamental shift in how I positioned myself.

I went from invisible to in-demand.

And since 2013, I've dedicated myself to helping accomplished professionals experience the same transformation—going from

overlooked and stuck to having leaders compete for them.

I've worked with professionals across the world—from mid-career to late-stage career professionals—helping them understand their unique value, align with organizational needs, and position themselves strategically.

I hold an MBA from Queen's University and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.

But more important than my credentials is this: I understand what it's like to feel stuck, invisible, and undervalued despite your accomplishments.

WHY I DO THIS

These five principles have emerged from my own journey— going from invisible to in-demand—and from helping professionals like you experience the same transformation.

I don't present these as universal truths. They're simply what I've learned to be true through experience.

I've learned that your unique value isn't just your skills, experience, or qualifications.

I've discovered that when you have authentic conviction in yourself, you inspire others to have conviction in you.

This isn't fake confidence or pretending. It's a deep, unshakeable certainty that radiates from within because you're in touch with your truth—the truth of who you are.

And that truth is discovered through deep reflection work.

When you know who you are and what you bring, leaders feel it. They lean in. Because it means less uncertainty and surprises for them. They can predict what you'll do and how you'll show up. That is big win for them and they'll want you on their team.

OPPORTUNITY IS EVERYWHERE—EVEN WHEN IT'S INVISIBLE

Every organization has needs. Every leader could perform better with the right people.

Study after study shows that nearly half of all hires fail, and about half of employees are disengaged. That's an enormous amount of untapped human potential.
